How long does it take to get a personalized itinerary?
Please assume two weeks to have a finished product sent to your email. Depending on the trip length and specific details, or time of year, it may take more or less than two weeks to complete. The writer will keep in contact with you as best as possible. If you have submitted payment and were sent a PayPal receipt, and have not received a finished product in two weeks, you can email us at email@example.com. Please include your name, email address, and receipt number when you submit an inquiry.
I haven’t gotten a response for an itinerary request that I submitted. What should I do?
If you submitted a request form, and have not heard from a writer in 3 days, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, email address, and trip destination. We will be in touch with you ASAP.
How do I make a payment?
After you are emailed a quote for an upcoming trip via PayPal, you should respond to the writer letting them know you approve the details or request changes. The writer will then send you an invoice and then complete the payment via PayPal.
What if I don’t have a PayPal account?
At the moment, PayPal is the only form of payment that we are accepting. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you don’t have an account, it’s incredibly easy and cost-free to sign up here.
Are your trips safe/How do you ensure safety?
As a disclaimer, we will not take responsibility for any injuries or accidents that take place during your trip, and we ask that you use your best judgement and exercise caution while traveling. Before we send your completed itinerary, we check the level of risk for every activity included, and don’t recommend any activity that we wouldn’t participate in ourselves. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for any trip that you take, and you are more than welcome to ask us for advice in selecting an insurance provider.
